# Export images and videos

Open the export controls in your project and choose the sizes and languages you need. Screenshot exports are PNG files; video exports are MP4 files. A screenshot export may also include a ZIP bundle.

## Before exporting

Check the selected app, project, device sizes, and languages. Play a video preview and check that text stays readable throughout the scenes.

Free exports are watermarked, smaller, and cost 100 credits per export. Solo and Pro include full-resolution exports without a watermark or per-export credit charge.

## Background exports

Rendering runs in the background. Wait for the export to finish before downloading. If it fails, read the error, check the project, and try again after correcting the problem.

With MCP, `export_project` returns a `renderId`. Poll `get_export` every few seconds until the status is `done` or `failed`.

## Download links

MCP export links work without signing in and expire after one hour. Call `get_export` again to get fresh links. Treat these links as shared access to the exported files.
