# Device mockups

Open **Mockups** in your app and choose a screen to show. Use a 2D frame or a 3D device model, then adjust the device angle, scale, and background.

Use a mockup when you need a device visual for a website, social post, or release announcement. Check that the app screen is readable and the frame fits the image.

## Make a moving mockup

The MCP tool `create_mockup_video` creates a short clip from one screenshot or recording. You can choose a motion preset, aspect ratio, duration, 2D or 3D rendering, and background and accent colors.

Creating this clip uses no AI generation credits. [Export costs and limits](/account/plans) still apply.

## Example request

> Put my first uploaded screen in a phone. Make an eight-second vertical clip with a pink background.
