A file will not upload
Check its format and size. Images can be up to 15 MB; recordings can be up to 100 MB. Check your account’s remaining storage. See assets.
An AI result needs work
Review the app details and the screens you supplied. Edit the project directly, or ask the agent to adjust text using the IDs from get_project. A new AI generation uses credits, so avoid repeating it before reviewing the current result.
The export is not ready
Generation and rendering are separate background jobs. Check the job or export status and read any error. With MCP, use get_job for generation and get_export for rendering.
A store update fails
Check the connected app, permissions, selected language, and whether the store version is editable. Review the message shown by Appfly. You still handle the final submission in App Store Connect.
